Voter Education Forum at University of Mississippi

The League of Women Voters of Mississippi (LWVMS) is pleased to announce our 2024 Voter Education Forum Series. University of Mississippi will host one event in Oxford, Mississippi. The forum will focus on the topic of expanding early voting access in Mississippi.

DATE/TIME: October 15, 2024 at 6 pm – 7:30 pm

LOCATION: University of Mississippi Jackson Avenue Center: Maps

EVENT DETAILS:

A panel of subject matter experts will discuss the opportunities and challenges in expanding early voting access in Mississippi. Panel discussion will be led by Carol Andersen, Assistant Director at Mississippi Humanities Council.

-Dr. Jonathan Winburn, Political Science Department, University of Mississippi
-Dr. Laura Antonow, Election Commissioner, Lafayette County

Public Invited:

The public is encouraged to attend and learn more about the challenges and opportunities around expanding early voting access in Mississippi.
