Location: Tougaloo College, Jackson MS in the Warren Hall Co-op
Cinnamon Rolls and Civics is a relaxed campus gathering designed to introduce Tougaloo College students to the League of Women Voters and show them that civic engagement is about much more than voting on Election Day.
Students will learn how to become an LWV Jackson Young Civic Leader Student Ambassadors can give them opportunities to develop leadership skills, connect with community leaders, help other young people become informed voters, organize campus conversations, assist with community forums, and work alongside experienced League mentors.
